Cheddi Jagan International Airport
Cheddi Jagan International Airport Terminal Expansion was a USD 64 million aviation infrastructure project in Georgetown, Guyana. The work focused on expanding the airport's arrivals terminal capacity while maintaining the technical discipline required for an active international airport environment.

St Helena Bay Premium Cluster
House T3 is a premium cluster housing project in St Helena Bay on South Africa’s West Coast. The development responds to its coastal slope by separating the street-facing edge from the sea-facing living experience, with each dwelling opening towards the bay through large glazed elevations.

Cape Winelands Private Residence
House T1 is a premium private residence in the Cape Winelands, designed around precise material control, resolved interior architecture and a strong relationship between structure, light and finish. The project moved beyond visual intent into full finish schedule resolution.

NWU Business School
NWU Business School was an education project for North West University in South Africa, developed as a finalist proposal for a complex academic building. The scheme resolved lecture halls, faculty offices, seminar rooms, administration and public-facing reception.
