Promac Rubber Duck Nudek Primer and Sealer is a single-component polyurethane coating developed for strong adhesion, flexibility, and water resistance across prepared concrete and damp-proofed surfaces. It can be used as a primer coat, intermediate layer, or sealer coat, making it a versatile option for floor coating systems and damp-proofing applications. With the ability to be applied to damp surfaces up to 60% moisture, it offers practical performance where surface conditions are not fully dry. Its tough, flexible film resists extreme temperatures and conforms well to sharp edges and intricate contours, making it suitable for both smooth and rough surfaces.

Spreading Rate

• Approximately 8 – 14 m² per litre per coat depending on surface porosity, profile, and application method
• Smooth surfaces: approximately 10 – 14 m² per litre
• Rough or porous surfaces: approximately 8 – 12 m² per litre

Application Guidelines

• Decant the required quantity into a suitable container
• Keep the original container tightly sealed
• Do not return unused product to the original container
• Apply using a brush, roller, or airless spray equipment in a well-ventilated area
• Apply one undiluted coat to prepared smooth surfaces
• Apply two undiluted coats to prepared rough surfaces
• Allow 1 to 1.5 hours drying time at 23°C between coats or before overcoating
