Use of MiniChess services
MiniChess provides educational programmes, training, events, and related services. Our services are intended for parents, guardians, schools, educators, programme organisers, and other authorised users.
You agree to use MiniChess services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the services, or interfere with the operation of MiniChess.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our services if we believe these Terms have been breached.
Children and parental responsibility
MiniChess programmes involve children. Parents, guardians, schools, or authorised representatives are responsible for providing accurate information and obtaining any required permissions before enrolling a child in a MiniChess programme.
Where a parent or guardian attends a programme with a child, they remain responsible for the child at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing.
MiniChess does not provide childcare services unless explicitly stated. Participation in any activity is at your own discretion and responsibility.
Registrations and bookings
Some MiniChess services require registration, booking, or enrolment. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations where information is incorrect, incomplete, or where participation would be inappropriate or unsafe.
Programme availability, schedules, and locations may change from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to communicate changes where possible.
Fees, payments, and refunds
Fees for MiniChess programmes, products, or services will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of access to services.
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the specific terms communicated for each programme or event. Unless otherwise stated, fees may be non-refundable once a programme has started.

All content on MiniChess websites and materials, including text, images, logos, programme content, and teaching materials, is owned by or licensed to MiniChess.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use MiniChess content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Participation in a MiniChess programme does not give you ownership of any intellectual property used or shared as part of the programme.
Website use
You may use MiniChess websites for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our websites, systems, or data, or interfere with the security or performance of our platforms.
We do not guarantee that our websites will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free.
Limitation of liability
MiniChess takes reasonable care in providing its services. However, participation in programmes and use of our websites is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, MiniChess will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or websites.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Health and participation
You are responsible for ensuring that you or your child is fit to participate in any MiniChess programme.
If there are any medical, behavioural, or learning considerations that may affect participation, these should be disclosed before the programme begins.
MiniChess reserves the right to withdraw a participant from an activity if it believes continued participation poses a risk to the participant or others.
