Neuro-based Teaching Methodologies
MiniChess Club classes is a structured programme offered face-to-face after school hours, typically aligned with Mathematics and/or Entrepreneurship. The programme spans five developmental levels, from StartSmart (4-5 year-olds) to Level 3 (up to 11 year-olds), effectively fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and core STEM development. MiniChess Clubs meet weekly.
Overview
- Parents register their child/children for weekly MiniChess group-coaching classes, with live face-to-face tutoring of ±45 minutes/class/week.
- Students receive Workbooks and accreditation-Certificates after completion of each Level
- The Club provides the training venue, all prescribed teaching equipment and materials as well trained facilitators (MiniChess-teachers)
The weekly MiniChess-classes are presented over 5 Levels –
- The StartSmart level (for 4-5 year-olds)
- The Level R (School-readiness for 6-7 year-olds)
- MiniChess Levels 1, 2 & 3 (7-10/11 year-olds)
Process Forward
After we receive the Parent’s enquiry, the necessary Information and Registration Form will be emailed to the Parent – according the area/location, language-preference and MiniChess-Level of the student. After receiving back the completed Registration form, the dedicated MiniChess Teacher will contact the Parent to finalise all practical arrangements for the student’s classes to start.
*MiniChess-students become members of the StartSmart Entrepreneurs Club
