Neuro-based Teaching Methodologies
MiniChess Club classes are a structured programme offered face-to-face after school hours, typically aligned with mathematics and or entrepreneurship. The programme spans five developmental levels, from Start Smart (4 to 5 year olds) to Level 3 (up to 11 year olds), fostering critical thinking, problem-solving and core STEM development. MiniChess Clubs meet weekly.

Overview
Parents register their child or children for weekly MiniChess group coaching classes, with live face-to-face tutoring of around 45 minutes per week. Students receive workbooks and accreditation certificates after completing each level. The club provides the training venue, all prescribed teaching equipment and materials, as well as trained facilitators (MiniChess teachers).
The weekly MiniChess classes are presented over five levels:
- Start Smart (4 to 5 year olds)
- Level R (6 to 7 year olds)
- MiniChess Levels 1, 2 & 3 (7 to 10 or 11 year olds)
Process Forward
After we receive the parent’s enquiry, the relevant information and registration form will be emailed to the parent, based on the area or location, language preference and the learner’s MiniChess level. Once we receive the completed registration form, the dedicated MiniChess teacher will contact the parent to finalise the practical arrangements so the learner’s classes can begin.
*MiniChess students become members of the Start Smart Entrepreneurs Club
