Building the Industrial Future

Strategic Advisors For Sustainable Sovereignty

FALCO’s Strategy Division forms the foundation of the Kingdom’s industrial transformation journey. Working in partnership with government entities, investors, and manufacturing leaders, we design actionable frameworks that translate Vision 2030’s ambitions into measurable industrial outcomes. Our approach combines policy alignment, capability mapping, and structured growth planning to build resilient ecosystems that endure.

Assess. Align. Activate. Our Methodology Assess We begin by analysing the existing industrial and policy landscape within the Kingdom, evaluating current capabilities, supply chain resilience, and sectoral readiness. This phase identifies strengths to build upon and strategic gaps to address in alignment with Vision 2030 priorities. Align Next, we bring together key stakeholders across the Saudi industrial ecosystem, including public entities, private investors, and OEM partners. By aligning objectives, incentives, and timelines, we ensure all parties move cohesively toward shared industrial and economic outcomes. Activate With structure and alignment secured, FALCO activates targeted programmes that connect capability with capital. These initiatives translate strategy into measurable progress, strengthening local production, fostering technology transfer, and enabling sustainable industrial ecosystems.

Turning Vision into Measurable Capability

Our Strategic Focus

Industrial Vision Alignment

Every engagement begins with a deep understanding of Vision 2030’s objectives, sector priorities, and sustainability goals. We assess the current industrial landscape, identify strategic gaps, and develop scalable plans that strengthen local production, supply chain resilience, and technology transfer across key sectors.

Policy and Framework Development

FALCO bridges the gap between policy and execution. We collaborate with public and private stakeholders to create frameworks that enable effective governance, investment readiness, and compliance with Saudi regulatory standards. Each strategy is designed to ensure accountability, transparency, and measurable impact.

Capability and Cluster Mapping

We identify and accelerate the growth of high-impact industrial clusters, where innovation, manufacturing, and investment converge. Through data-driven insight, we map core capabilities, connect SMEs to strategic opportunities, and foster ecosystems that drive localisation and sustainable growth within the Kingdom.

Stategic Partnerships and Alliances

FALCO cultivates partnerships that extend Saudi industrial capability and technological sovereignty. By aligning with OEMs, investors, and regional champions, we facilitate collaborations that embed long-term value creation, strengthen local supply chains, and position the Kingdom as a global hub for advanced manufacturing.
