Welcome to Endless Luxury. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related platforms operated under the Endless Luxury brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Services
Endless Luxury provides premium transportation and lifestyle services including, but not limited to, chauffeur-driven cars, executive vehicles, private transfers, yacht charters, and private aircraft experiences. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, vehicle type, and schedule.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, via email, or through an authorised Endless Luxury representative.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or booking reference number.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, particularly in cases of incomplete information, payment issues, or misuse of our platform.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in the relevant local currency and include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payments must be made in full prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Endless Luxury reserves the right to adjust pricing due to changes in fuel costs, taxes, or other external factors.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, EFT, and approved digital payment gateways.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period:
  • 48 hours or more before service: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or unused portions of services.

5. Conduct and Liability

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with local laws while using our services.
  • Endless Luxury reserves the right to terminate a service immediately if a client’s conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.
  • Endless Luxury is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, vessels, or aircraft during their use of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Endless Luxury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Personal Belongings
Endless Luxury accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles, yachts, or aircraft. Clients are advised to ensure their belongings are secure at all times.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the property of Endless Luxury or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa (or relevant jurisdiction where the service is rendered). Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
